About Brooks Run Happy
“Run Happy” is the motto at Brooks because they design their shoes and running apparel to best suit the needs of runners so that they can "Run Happy." Their main goal in mind is to be able to provide runners with the best and most comfortable running gear to keep them comfortable and happy from one mile to the next. The Brooks Run Happy brings runners through a carefree, casual 21KM run. Celebrate the run and do this the "Run Happy" way for yourself, for your passion and love for sports.

- Participants are advised to arrive at the pick up point at least 10 minutes ahead of the boarding time to avoid missing the buses.
- The transport vendor can be contacted at 9091 8003 on the event day.
- Participants who do not board the bus for whatsoever reasons, including denied boarding due to lack of documentation, will not be entitled to any refund.

Race Entry pack Collection

Time : 11am - 7pm Collection of Race Entry Pack It is mandatory for all participants to collect their Race Entry Packs on the dates stated above.
Participants will need to bring along their NRIC or Photo ID for verification purposes when collecting their race entry packs. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any participant who do not produce the required ID. For Participants Who Are Unable to Collect In Person:

Travelling from overseas for the race? We recommend that you authorize someone to collect it for you at the stipulated dates above. Otherwise, separate collection arrangements will be made for you. More details will be released closer to the event date.

Rules and regulations
General Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the Participants' safety, the Organiser, their Sponsors, and their appointed Officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise, howsoever arising. Completion of the entry form confirms the Participants' agreement to abide by the Rules & Regulations of Brooks Run Happy 2016. The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the run in the event of inclement weather Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the race without refund of registration fees. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the run to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Brooks Run Happy 2016 for any publicity purpose. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof. Registration The Organiser reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof. Participants who withdraw from the race before 23:59hrs on 30 Nov 2015 will enjoy a 50% refund of the paid registration fees. Refund will be made via cheque. Withdrawal notifications must be in writing to info@runhappy.com.sg. Telephone and verbal notifications will not be accepted. Withdrawal after 30 Nov 2015 will not be accepted and no refund of registration fees paid. Participants who decide to downgrade their category (i.e. change of category to one of lower value) must do so before 23:59 hrs on 30 Nov 2015. No refunds will be made for the difference in pricing. All requests for change must be in writing to info@runhappy.com.sg. An administrative fee of $15 shall apply. Telephone and verbal notifications will not be accepted. Participants who wish to upgrade their category (i.e. change of category to one of higher value) must do so before 30 Nov 2015. Top up of the price difference must be made in order for the change to take place. All requests for change must be in writing to info@runhappy.com.sg. An administrative fee of $15 shall apply. Telephone and verbal notifications will not be accepted. All participants below 18 years of age need to complete the indemnity form and seek parental or guardian consent before participating in the event. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entries to another party or change race categories after their registrations are confirmed. Race Entry Pack Collection All participants must collect their Race Entry Packs which include the Race Bib, Timing Device (disposable), Event Singlet, and other sponsored products during the Race Entry Pack Collection period. If participants are unable to collect their Race Entry Pack in person, they may authorise a representative in accordance with the procedure detailed on the Official Website. Late collection will not be entertained and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused, due to participants' inability to collect their Race Entry Packs. Participants must wear their allocated bib number at all times during the race. Runners without the allocated bib number will not be allowed to take part in the race. Participants, who commence before the actual start time of the race category for which they registered for, will be disqualified. The start time for the respective race categories can be found on the Official Website. Participants who do not start within 15 minutes from respective flag off will be disqualified and for safety reason, may not be allowed to start. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the race without any prior notification, in which case, the registration fees are non-refundable. Participants must run on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates, prams, push cars, shoes with built-in or attached rollers is allowed on the course during the race except official race and medical vehicles. For prize winners or possible prize winners, appeals over disputes must be made on-site in person, in a written format and an appeal fee of $50, within 30 minutes of the published results on the results notice board on-site or immediately after the prize presentation, whichever is earlier. Medical & Safety Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/ or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day. Registration How can I register?
You can register online. What am I entitled to as a participant?

You will receive an email confirmation slip upon your successful registration. Registered participants can also retrieve their confirmation slip on the website. Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?

All competitive runners will get their race timing. Runners must wear their shoe tag as instructed to ensure that their timing will be captured. Click here for shoe tag instructions. What is the ranking based on?
Ranking and winners will be determined by the NETT TIME. Is there a baggage deposit at the start point?
Yes. There is a baggage deposit area at the start point. Whilst maximum care and security will be enforced, the Organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items or delay in retrieving the bags. Participants are advised to travel light. Is there a cut-off time for the race?
Yes. The cut-off time for all categories is at 10.00am. Can I skate or cycle during the race?
No. Will there be an official photographer?
Yes. Photography and/or videography will be taken during the event for news and publicity purposes by the official photographer and/or videographer, and may be used for print and on online/electronic platforms of Pink Apple Pte Ltd. Pink Apple Pte Ltd owns all rights to the photographs and video recordings. If you do not wish to have any photographs or video recordings taken of you, please inform the Organiser at the event site. What if I am injured during the race or otherwise unable to finish the race?
Please approach the nearest first aiders deployed along the route. Participants who require immediate medical attention may alert the route marshals. Will I get a certificate after the race?
